Insta2Cart provides a platform that enables merchants to create digital storefronts, manage product listings, and receive orders from customers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Insta2Cart may charge subscription fees or transaction fees as described in our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

The Insta2Cart platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to your storefront (e.g., product images and descriptions), but grant us a limited license to display and process that content to operate the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
